inspection by an appointed person making records of apparent external
conditions to provide the
basis for a continuing evaluation, as follows:  normal service, equipment
in place ---  annually.
(c) A qualified person shall examine any deficiencies found during the
inspection to determine
whether conditions found constitute a hazard, require disassembly for
further
inspection, or
require replacement.
NOTE:  Among other methods, one feasible acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to conduct
annual, periodic inspections on the monorail crane system per the
requirements of section 11-2.1.3 of ANSI
B30-11-1998.
