employer did not furnish employment and a
place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being caught
in between tilting/leaning trusses:
a)Garage roof trusses - Laguna Point Subdivision -  442 East Laguna,
Eagle, ID; The employer only utilizes
single rows of Top Cord Temporary Lateral Restraints at the truss crown in
lieu of the required rows every 8
feet on center. This violation was most recently observed on 7/12/07.
b)West side roof trusses - Laguna Point Subdivision -  442 East Laguna,
Eagle, ID; The employer only utilizes
single rows of Top Cord Temporary Lateral Restraints at the truss crown in
lieu of the required rows every 8
feet on center. This violation was most recently observed on 7/12/07.
Note 1: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method
to correct this hazard would be
following the temporary bracing requirement for roof truss installation
per the Wood Truss Council of America/Truss

while employees are working around/under the installed trusses. This
violation was most recently observed on
