tractor, elevated approximately 10 feet above ground level to attach a
rope to a tree
branch, was exposed to falling, being thrown or knocked from the bucket,
and being
run over by the tractor.
Among other methods, one feasible acceptable abatement method is to
prohibit the use of the front end loader
bucket for lifting or carrying employees in accordance with the
manufacturer's operator's manual.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training certification, etc.)
is required for this item.
