furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to crushing hazards:
(a)On or about 08/16/06 - Throughout Facility - Forklifts were not
provided with seatbelts
or other restraint devices.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is ensure that
seatbelts are re-installed after seats are installed.
