maintained with the
braking system, in accordance with ANSI A92.1-1971 corrected June 1974,
(American National
Standard for Manually Propelled Mobile Ladder Stands and Scaffolds
(Towers)).
2.  When braking system is broken or not available remove Manually
Propelled Mobile Ladder
Stand from use.
