a)At the Walking Floor System near the hot box and module feeder, on or

and at times prior to November 17, 2009, employees were exposed to
combustion, deflagration, and fire hazards from cotton waste cleaning
equipment
that did not have any method to prevent the escape of dust.
ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
A feasible means of abatement would be to barrier the area between the
Walking Floor
System and the warehouse module feeder and open areas between the
warehouse areas
and the plant, and place containment devices on all equipment that has
cotton waste dust
escaping from them.
