Nevada Revised Statute 618.375(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: The employer failed to ensure the PTS machine was in good working conditions in accordance with the manufacture's instructions, as follows: a.At 4745 Mitchell St. the safety lights designed to visibly warn the operators on the PTS machine model number PTTC-4 was not working. An employee received serious injuries when he stepped in the path of the PTS machine. One feasible means of abatement is to follow the Manufacturer's Operating instructions and recommendations.
