hazard
while operating
a forklift without wearing a seat belt.
Among others, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement is to
replace the
seat with the manufacturers retro-fit seat that comes equipped with a
seatbelt and
instruct and enforce the use of wearing a seatbelt while operating the
forklift.

REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
