Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: On the outside of the back of the "Metro Cafe Cafeteria", it was observed a plastic tilt truck with four wheels and a stabilizer bar. While the employees moved the waste from the cafeteria to the container, it was observed that the tilt truck had one of it smaller wheel broken and it stabilizer bar broken in two areas. Hazard: Use of excesive force to move the tilt truck. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard would be to replace the wheel and the stabilizer bar or replace the tilt truck for a new one. En el exterior de la parte de atras de la cafeteria Metro Cafe, se observo un "tilt truck" de plastico de cuatro ruedas y con una barra estabilizadora. Mientras los empleados trasladaban los desperdicios desde la cafeteria hasta el tangon, se observo que el "tilt truck" tenia una de sus ruedas pequenas rota y la barra estabilizadora partida en dos areas. Riesgo: Uso de fuerza excesiva para mover el "tilt truck". Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo seria reemplazar la rueda y la barar estabilizadora rota o reemplazar el "tilt truck" por uno nuevo.
