intake duct work was PVC piping, a combustible material.
b) On or about October 12, 2008, and at times prior thereto, the company
was conveying
dust through conductive duct work (PVC) in the dust collection system.
Among other feasible abatement methods to correct this hazard is to
provide non combustible
and non conductive  materials of construction in the dust collection
system.
