Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees
in that employees
were exposed to:

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)Receive injuries due to employees falls by water accumulation in the
floor.
Was documented through interview in the office area, that acoustic panels
(approximately over 20) were observed with spots due to water filtration
in the
roof. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is: change the acoustic defective and seal the roof to
avoid
water filtrations.

piso. Fue documentado por medio de entrevista en el area de oficina que
plafones acusticos (aproximadamente sobre 20) se observaron manchados
debido a filtracion de agua en el techo. Entre otros metodos, un metodo
aceptable y posible de corregir este riesgo es cambiar los acusticos
defectuosos
