Hydraulic Press #339 was protected from unintentional actuation. The foot
pedal located
on the working side of the machine was not guarded.

B11.2-
1995 Hydraulic Power Presses- Safety Requirements for Construction, Care
and Use,
Section 6.3.9(4) which requires foot pedals to be protected.
