On or about October 3, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that surfaces were as free as practicable of lead contamination. Wipe sampling in the concast breakroom indicated the contamination of 7.283 ug/100cm2 of lead on the table located in the room. a.) On or about October 3, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that surfaces were as free as practicable of lead contamination. Wipe sampling in the concast breakroom indicated the contamination of 2.852 ug/100cm2 of lead on the counter next to the microwave.
