T.C.A. 50-3-105(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place
of employment
which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees:
In that the employer did not ensure that employees de-capping live primers
were provided with
adequate training and procedures on how to remove those primers safely.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to implement written procedures for de-capping live primers per the
manufacturer's
recommendations and provide employees with training on those procedures
and on the hazards
of removing live primers.
