Nevada Revised Statute 618.375(1): Duties of employers. The employer failed to furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: The employer did not ensure that employees were wearing fall protection at all times while working from the basket of an aerial lift, as follows: a.At Arroyo Marketplace Major A, 7280 Arroyo Crossing Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89101, steel canopy frame installation, two employees were exposed to falls of 12 feet and 17 feet while standing on the toprails of an aerial lift. The employees were wearing safety harnesses and lanyards, but were not tied off at the basket's anchor points.
