were missing or broken.
(b) Service bay area, for Challenger lifts in bays 2, 19 and 21, where the
hydraulic
reservoir was missing the fluid cap.
(c) Service bay area, for Challenger lifts, #150174 and #275905, where the
lateral arm
restraints were inoperable and/or removed from the lifts.

Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained

OSHA
Inspection Number 310666508, Citation 1, Item 1, issued on 04/03/2007.
Abatement Note:
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement would
be to
follow the requirements of ANSI/ALI ALOIM and/or ANSI B153.1 which
includes,
among other requirements, the following:
1.Institute a preventive maintenance program according to the
manufacturer's
specifications.
2.Provide training to employees on proper use and care of the lifts.
3.Ensure all lifts are rated and marked with their load capacity.
4.Schedule and complete all periodic and annual inspections.
