was not in place on one end of the scissor lift platform exposing

fall hazard.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means to correct this
hazard include,
but are not limited to, enforcing use of the chain midrail provided as
part of the guardrail
system of the scissor lift in accordance with ANSI/SIA A92.6 (1999),
"Self-Propelled
Elevating Work Platform".
