distance program that conforms to the requirements of ANSI B11.3-1982,
Paragraph
6.1.4.3 and OSHA Directive CPL 2-1.25.

CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN
ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
