Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement would
be to follow
Chapter 6, Temporary Traffic Control, outlined in the Manual on Uniformed
Traffic Control
Devices 2009 Edition, consisting of but not limited to, an appropriate
traffic control plan,
appropriate traffic control zone, and appropriate high visibly clothing.
