which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
On or about 08/02/2009, employees walking and working from a ball rolling
conveyor were
exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards, at 3401 NW 67 Ave., Miami,
Florida.
Among other methods of abatement, one feasible and acceptable method to
correct the hazard
is to prohibit employees from conducting work from the top of ball rolling
conveyors. Also
recommend the placement of signs prohibiting employees from standing
on/working off these
conveyors in strategic locations above the conveyors.

REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
