recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to
employees in that employees were exposed to:
a.On or about 2/4/2010, at Florida Bottling Inc., Miami, FL.  An employee
was observed operating a powered industrial truck (Toyota #15095, Model
7FBCU15) without wearing a seat belt, which exposed the employee to
caught and struck by hazards.
Among the feasible and useful methods to correct the hazard are:  Prohibit
the employee from using this type of equipment without wearing seat
belts.
Note:Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item
as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).ication
