Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Fall Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Caida On or about February 01, 2010, J & M Decor Inc located on El Comandante Industrial Park, employees were exposed to fall hazard. It was documented that: To "access to" and "exit from" the mezzanine (Rubbermaid Area), the employees had to climb over the platform mobile ladder's guardrail and pass over a 22 inch area to gain access to the mezannine. This action created the hazard of an approximately 9 foot fall. Hazard: Fall En o alrededor Febrero 01, 2010, J & M Decor Inc, localizado en el Comandante Industrial Park, empleados estaban expuestos a el peligro de caida. Se documento que: Para accesar a y salir de el mezzanine (area Rubbermaid), los empleados tenian que subir sobre la barandilla de la escalera de plataforma mobible y pasar sobre un area de 22 pulgadas para ganar acceso al mezannine. Esta accion creaba el riesgo de una caida de aproximadamente 9 pies. Riesgo: Caidao:
