Oconomowoc, WI: An employee was observed riding the front outrigger bracket
of a SKYTRAK. This is not an approved riding location.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct the
hazard
is to follow the SKYTRACK "Operation and Safety Manual" and do not carry
riders on the machine.
Certification, and documentation/evidence of abatement is required.
Certification of abatement is required by 29 CFR Part 1903 and is to be
submitted within ten (10)
calendar days after the abatement date.
