29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(9)(iii): Class III asbestos work involving drilling, cutting, abrading, sanding, chipping, breaking or sawing of thermal system insulation or surfacing material, was conducted without the use of impermeable drop cloths and/or without the use of mini-enclosures or glove bag systems pursuant to 29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(5) or another isolation method:    a) On or about December 1, 2014, an electrician installed over 100 screws into an asbestos containing white texture ceiling coating to attach clips for suspending the power cords used for the temporary lighting and temporary electrical power installed throughout the facility located at 201 Main Street, Green Bay WI. The electrician who installed the clips on the ceiling did not use any methods to contain and gather the dust generated.
