exposed to being struck by containers, falling twist locks or contents of
containers

duties
was exposed to possible injury from being struck by a falling or swinging
container,
falling twistlocks or the contents of container when he was re-setting
twistlocks attached
to a  container which was suspended by the crane.
b)Onboard M/V MOKIHANA, bay twenty two: A crane boss was exposed to
possible
injury from being struck by a falling or swinging container, falling
twistlocks or the
contents of the container when he was working approximately eight feet
away from a
container suspended by the crane.
(c)Onboard M/V MOKIHANA, bay twenty two: A superintendent was exposed to
possible
injury from being struck by falling twist locks or contents of the
container when he was
working approximately  twenty feet away from the container as it was being
hoisted.
AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE METHOD TO
CORRECT THE HAZARD is to: 1.Ensure employees are not allowed to walk or
work in the
