Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a. Receive injuries due to the pile up of solid garbage in the Ornato
Area, west side, in
the school bus parking. Employees were exposed to roedents, vermin, bad
odors... in the
beginning of labor hours monday and maybe Tuesday.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is pick
up the garbage early in monday before labor hours.
a.  Recibir lesiones debido al amontonamiento de basura, desperdicios
solidos en el area
de Ornato, proximo al parking the autobuses escolares. Empleados fueron
expuestos a
ratones, sabandijas, malos olores... al comienzo de horas laborables el
lunes y a talvez
martes.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo aceptable y posible para corregir este
riesgo es recoger
la basura antes de comenzar las horas laborables del lunes.bles
