explosion hazards
associated with the dust collection system.  Employees had not been
provided job-specific
training on the procedures to be followed in case of emergencies,
including fires and explosions.
AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE METHOD TO
CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS: Provide job-specific training on the hazards of
the work
environment and their behavior and procedures in case of emergencies,
including fires,
explosions, and hazardous materials releases in accordance with National
Fire Protection
Association (NFPA) 664, Standard for the Prevention of Fires and
Explosions in Wood
Processing and Woodworking Facilities, 2007 Edition, Section 10.4.2.
IN THE ALTERNATIVE
29 CFR 1910.156(c)(1):  The employer did not provide training and
education commensurate
with those duties and functions that fire brigade members are expected to
perform.
29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the
abatement of the
above violation is completed.
