employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts of air-actuated torque
guns with attached
extensions:
(a)Softail Building, Gas Tank South Sub Assembly Area, Gas Tank # 1 -
Employees
were exposed to amputation hazards when the area where a six (6) inch
vertical
extension piece attached to the Cleco (Series 24RAA19AM3) reversible air-
actuated torque gun was not guarded, on or about September 15, 2010.
Cit 01 Item 001 - penalty modified from $4500 to $2700; Standard changed
