29 CFR 1910.35: Employer was not in compliance with the exit-route provisions of NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, 2009 edition, or the exit-route provisions of the International Fire Code, 2009 edition.(incorporated by reference, see section � 1910.6). a) 1425 Eden Road, Man Door By Turnstile Doors - The employer did not label the manual release device in accordance to labelling requirements of the NFPA 101, on or about January 16, 2014. b) 1425 Eden Road, Turnstile Doors - Employees exiting the building were exposed to fire hazards without the activation of an automatic unlock for turnstile doors during fire alarm activation, on or about January 16, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
