Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized
hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that:
On or about October 20, 2010 and at times prior thereto, the employer did
not provide adequate
training to employees on the safe use and operation of a gas-powered
cut-off saw.
A feasible method for abatement is to establish a training program for
operators of the gas-
powered cut-off saw and to ensure that operators understand and observe
the manufacturer's
safety precautions and warnings.ns
