were exposed to 3rd degree burns due to the presence of readily ignitible
material within 10 feet
(3m) of stationary containers:
a)CNG compression and storage unit:  Employees were exposed to burn hazards
due to the presence of readily ignitible material (i.e., wood stairs and
wood
fencing) within 10 feet of the compressed natural gas storage cylinders.
Observed
on or about 05/25/11.
Feasible and acceptable abatement methods, among others, to correct these
hazards
include:
1)Replace the wooden stairs with stairs fabricated of non-combustible
material (i.e.
steel).
2)Move wooden fence near the pressure relief valves back to a distance of
at least
10 feet.
3)Remove the wooden fence near the pressure relief valves.
