failed to train all employees in accordance with the Bobcat Operation &
Maintenance Manual, A300 All Wheel Steer in that employees were not
trained or their performance evaluated by the company to ensure the safe
operation of the equipment.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement would
be to
ensure that each operator has completed operator training and evaluation in
accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Manual, A300 All Wheel
Steer.
