On or about 04/09/2012, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while
by crossing
vehicular traffic lanes at the entrance to 13 300 SW 10th Street, Pembroke
Pines, FL 33027.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazardous
condition would be to instruct employees to wear high visibility
reflective clothing while in the
performance of their duty.
