29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from electrical shock. This violation was observed on May 6, 2014, at a job site located at 650 S. Griffin Street, Dallas, Texas; where at least one employee working in the guard booth located at 1221 Canton Street entrance/exit. a) Electrical wall outlet box for light switch. b) Electrical wall outlet box used for powering air conditioner.
