emergency eyewash station that could not provide at least 15 minutes of
hands-free,
continuous flushing.

hazard is to install in the area an
emergency eyewash station meeting the requirements of American National
Standards Institute (ANSI) Z358.1-
2009 "American National Standard for Emergency Eyewash and Shower
Equipment."
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training certification, etc.)
is required for this item.
