a 3-story
apartment building, which were not erected or utilized in accordance with
the
manufacturer's specifications, limitations, and instructions.
Among others, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is
to erect and utilize shoring under
the direction of a qualified person and in accordance with Scaffold
Shoring and Forming Institute, Inc.
Publications SH300-06-2003 and SH304, 04-2000.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training certification, etc.)
is required for this item.
