working underneath a suspended load:
a)facility - three production lines, employees were allowed to walk/work
under a
hopper containing dough, weighing approximately 175 pounds, that was
suspended from a Budgit hoist.
Among other methods, feasible methods that could be used to abate these
hazards
include prohibit raising the hopper and dough during the 10 minute rest
cycle and
to prohibit employees from walking or working underneath the hopper while
filling the doughnut extruder.
