Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. a) Jobsite: On February 9, 2011 and times prior thereto, oxygen and fuel gas cylinders were stored together on a hand cart. Abatement certification is required for this item.
