29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Rough Room: On 03/07/11 and at times prior thereto, the Northfield planer-finisher, S/N 7KG-1293, flexible cord attached to the in-line cord switch was not connected to prevent a direct pull of conductors against terminal screws. Note: This item was abated during the inspection. Abatement certification IS NOT required.
