Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) East side of structure, adjacent to the north and south gable ends; On or about 3/1/11 and at times prior thereto, two employees were installing roof sheathing without a means of fall protection. b) West side of structure, adjacent to the north and south gable ends; On or about 3/1/11 and at times prior thereto, two employees were installing roof sheathing without a means of fall protection. Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
