29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Residential jobsite: On Februaury 1, 2012 employee(s) did not utilize the fall protection system that was available on site while performing sheathing activities on an approximate eight in twelve pitched roof. Note 1) Renschler Builders, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 31717, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 31, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 1, Block 1, Sharp Estates, Meridian, ID. Note 2) Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
