29 CFR 1926.1428(a)(3): The employer did not make the documentation, that each signal person meets the qualification requirements, available at the site where the signal person was employed: a) South side of the structure's east wing, at the roof level; On or about 3/23/11 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not have any documentation available for an employee performing as the signal person for a crane hoisting sheet metal ductwork onto the roof. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
