Northwest Roof Restoration, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 311577480, Citation 01, Item 001a, issued on 08/20/2008 and was affirmed on 10/20/2008 with respect to a workplace located at 504 11th Ave S, Nampa, ID.
