29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1): Warning lines were not erected around all sides of the roof work area:  a) Jobsite: On March 5, 2019 employees performed roofing work on a flat roof.  A warning line system used for fall protection was not maintained.  Yellow warning tape was only partially in place along one side of the four sided work area.  Employees were exposed to an 18 foot fall to the ground below.   Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
