29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that the control and drive mechanisms were inspected for apparent excessive wear of components and contamination by lubricants, water or other foreign matter: (a) Employees were exposed to a crushing hazard due to a Lima Crane that had moisture on the clutch assembly which caused a load to slip during a lift at the Emmons County Water Treatment Plant in Linton, North Dakota.
