29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area and chemical-specific information was not always available through labels and material safety data sheets: (a) Lotz park on East Patten Street, Boyd, WI; Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as diesel fuel, while refueling a diesel powered generator, and grease while lubricating carnival rides, without knowledge of the hazards of working with those products, training or material safety data sheets (MSDS).
