29 CFR 1926.102(a)(3)(ii): Employees whose vision requires the use of corrective lenses in spectacles, when required by this regulation to wear eye protection, were not protected by goggles that could be worn over corrective spectacles without disturbing the adjustment of the spectacles: a) Campbell Beard Roofing, Inc. at 10034 Fairplay Street, Brighton, CO 80603: On or before June 4, 2011, the employer did not ensure that employees were wearing approved safety goggles over their prescription glasses. Condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes and eye injuries. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Sample Abatement-Certification Letter").
