29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): All traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD):    a) On or about June 7, 2011 employees were exposed to injury in that, there were not any advanced warning signs to inform the vehicle traffic of vehicle exiting a workzone into live lanes of traffic.    Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Sample Abatement-Certification Letter").
