29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): Traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices:\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n(a) On or about June 16, 2011, and at times prior, as the exposing and creating employer, Rocky Mountain Signing did not ensure its employees and the employees of Concrete Express, Inc., were protected from roadway hazards at the intersection of South Wadsworth Blvd. and Highway 285 in that:\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n1) The \\\\\\\"Road Work Ahead\\\\\\\" sign was not visible one mile south of the work zone to notify north bound Wadsworth Blvd. motorists per the MHT.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n2) No signs alerting motorists of the work zone were posted on side streets that entered the work area per the MHT.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n3) No sign was posted in the north bound taper on Wadsworth Blvd. alerting motorists to the flagger working ahead per the MHT.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n4) Workers on foot entered live lanes of traffic. \\\\r\\\\n
