29 CFR 1926.62(l)(1)(i): \\r\\n\\r\\nThe employer did not communicate information concerning lead hazards according to the requirements of OSHA\\\'s Hazard Communication Standard for the construction industry, 29 CFR 1926.59, including but not limited to the requirements concerning warning signs and labels, material safety datasheets (MSDS), and employee information and training:\r\n\r\nFrom time the employees arrived at the site, on or about May 19, 2011 until the lead awareness training on June 8, 2011, information about lead hazards was not conveyed to employees, including the health effects of lead and the methods employees may use to protect themselves.
